The interior work was planned around the villa’s existing layout and the client’s requirements. Ceilings, wall panels, joinery, flooring, and lighting were developed together, so the finished villa looks unified rather than room by room.

Project overview

• Location: The Springs, Dubai, UAE
• Property Type: Villa
• Scope: Gypsum ceilings, LED lighting, wall panelling, flooring, kitchen joinery, bathroom fit-out, staircase finishing, curtains and décor.

Highlights

• Layered ceiling and cove lighting.
• Fluted wood slat feature walls.
• Statement lighting at floor level.
• Polished large-format flooring.
• Coordinated window dressing.

Spaces we completed

• Living and dining area. A curved gypsum ceiling feature with warm cove lighting, slatted wall columns, and a gold-framed mirror set in a panelled wall recess. Pendant lighting marks the dining zone, and glass doors open the room to the garden.
• Kitchen. A custom L-shaped kitchen with handle less white upper cabinets, walnut-effect base units and trim, a marble-look slab backsplash and under-cabinet LED lighting. A recessed linear LED outlines the ceiling above the work area.
• Staircase and entrance. A glass balustrade with marble-effect steps, edge lighting that follows the stair line, and a slatted feature wall styled with art and wall lights.
• Master and guest bedrooms. A fluted headboard panel with brass trim, textured wall finish, pendant lights, and curtains with concealed ceiling-edge lighting.
• Bathrooms. Two contrasting schemes: deep blue vertical glazed tiles with marble-look walls, and terracotta vertical tiles with soft stone-look walls. Both use brushed-gold fixtures, frameless glass shower enclosures, rain showers, LED-lit niches, wall-hung toilets and a floating walnut vanity with underlighting. Fluted panels in a brushed-gold frame hide the cistern.
